Al-Azhar College of Arts and Science, Thodupuzha, in association with its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "The Expansive Role of College Teachers in the Context of NEP 2020" on November 25, 2025.
The core session, focusing on the paradigm shift required under NEP 2020, was handled by the esteemed resource person, Dr. Kamaludhenn K T (Principal, Al Shifa College of Arts and Science, Perinthalmanna). Dr. Kamaludheen provided deep insights into the expanded role of college teachers, emphasizing mentorship, multidisciplinary teaching, and leveraging technology for holistic student development, aligning with the NEP 2020 framework.
